Grampians Olive Co Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil is rich and savoury, and one of the most useful oils to have in the pantry.

It's made on the family's Toscana estate in the Grampians, in north-western Victoria, where the grove has been growing olives since 1943. They start with Australian cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, infuse it without heat and hand bottle it in small batches. There's no garlic bulb in the bottle, so the maker describes it as fructose friendly.

Use it for pasta, marinades, sauteed mushrooms, chargrilled meat and vegetables, stir-fries, or drizzled over bruschetta and pizza.
