Gourmet Organic Cumin Seed 30g is whole certified organic cumin seed, sourced from organic farms and packed in Australia.
Whole seed keeps its aroma longer than ground. Toast the seeds in a dry pan until they smell nutty, then use them as they are in dals, breads and pickles, or grind them for curry pastes and spice blends.
Store the jar closed, in a cupboard away from heat. Gourmet Organic also stock this as ground cumin if you would rather not grind it yourself.
