Gourmet Organic Cinnamon Quills 20g are whole certified organic cinnamon quills, ethically harvested and packed in Australia.
A quill gives up its flavour slowly, which suits anything that simmers: a curry, a tagine, poaching syrup for pears, mulled wine or a pot of rice pudding. Fish it out before serving.
Whole quills keep far longer than ground cinnamon. Store them in the closed jar in a cool, dark cupboard.
