Goldi Smooth is a 500ml bottle of Australian first cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, grown and pressed on Goldi's own farms in the Goulburn Valley and the Mallee. The olives are pressed within four hours of picking, and several varieties are grown side by side and blended; Smooth sits at the delicate, fruity end of the range.
Use it in salads and vinaigrettes, for frying and baking, or over mains and desserts. The bottle is made from reclaimed plastic and is recyclable as #1 PET.
