Goldi Garlic Agrumato Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 375ml. Goldi press fresh garlic together with their early-harvest olives rather than infusing the oil afterwards, so the garlic goes through the mill with the fruit.
The olives come from Goldi's family farms in south east Australia, in Victoria's Goulburn Valley and South Australia's Mallee, and are picked and pressed early each April in cool temperatures. The oil is 100% Australian extra virgin olive oil and Goldi describe it as rich and savoury and naturally low FODMAP. It comes in a squeeze bottle made from recycled, recyclable, BPA free material.
Use it wherever you would reach for garlic: on pasta, roast vegetables, eggs and bread, or to finish a dish.
