1. Add equal parts milk to pancake mix 2. Whisk until well combined, mixture should be slightly runny 3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat, grease with butter or oil 4. Use a dessert spoon to ladle mixture into the pan 5. Once the mixture begins to bubble, flip and cook on the other side for 30 seconds or so
