GF Wholegrain Oat Flour, Gluten-Free Flour Blend (rice, potato and tapioca), Gluten-Free Baking Powder, Monk Fruit, Vanilla Powder, Cinnamon, Himalayan Salt Contains Cereals Oats *In Australia we are unable to call any product that contains oats – gluten-free and we must declare it as an allergen. We have the Gold Standard in Oats, nil gluten contamination from seed to plate from the gluten found in wheat, rye and barley. A small percentage of Coeliac patients react to the Avenin in oats, please do an oat challenge before consuming our oats. Contains Cereals Oats. May contain Peanuts, Soybeans, Tree Nuts.

Gloriously Free Pancake Mix is built on wholegrain oat flour with a blend of rice, potato and tapioca flours, baking powder, monk fruit, vanilla powder, cinnamon and Himalayan salt. The pack holds 500g.

Whisk the mix with your liquid of choice and cook on a moderate greased pan until bubbles set on the surface, then turn. It takes sweet or savoury additions equally well.

Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.

Contains oats, which must be declared as an allergen in Australia and mean this product cannot be labelled gluten free. May contain peanuts, soybeans and tree nuts. The producer states their oats are grown without wheat, rye or barley contamination, and notes that some people with coeliac disease react to the avenin in oats.
