Cooking Instructions For a creamier, smoother porridge, soak your oats overnight to break down natural phytates. Stovetop Combine 1/2 cup GF Oats and 1 cup water or milk in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until you reach your desired consistency. Add additional liquid if required. Top with extra milk, fresh fruit, nuts, or honey and serve! Microwave In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 1/2 cup GF Oats with 1 cup water or milk. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through Let sit for 1 minute, then add your favourite toppings and enjoy! Tip: Adjust liquid for a thicker or creamier porridge.
