Gluten-Free Flour Mix (30%), (Tapioca Starch, Preservative (220, 227)), Rice Flour, Potato Starch), Steamed Rolled Aussie GF Oats (18%), Coconut Sugar*, Desiccated Coconut*, Coconut Oil*, Rice Malt Syrup*, Water, Sodium Bicarbonate. *Organic-certified ingredients *In Australia we are unable to call any product that contains oats – gluten-free and we must declare it as an allergen. We have the Gold Standard in Oats, nil gluten contamination from seed to plate from the gluten found in wheat, rye and barley. A small percentage of Coeliac patients react to the Avenin in oats, please do an oat challenge before consuming as our oats. Contains oats, May Contain traces of Peanuts, Soybeans, and Tree Nuts from ingredients used.

A traditional Anzac biscuit, crisp at the edge and chewy in the middle. Good with a cup of tea, or crumbled over ice cream.

These biscuits contain oats. Australian labelling rules do not allow a product containing oats to be called gluten free, and some people with coeliac disease react to the avenin in oats. Read the Ingredients tab and the pack before eating.
