Evolution Botanicals Tongkat Ali is a 50g jar of standardised 25:1 extract from the root of Eurycoma longifolia, with eurycomanone at 1%. The root is wild grown in southern Malaysia.
Stir a quarter teaspoon into water, coffee or a smoothie. The extract is bitter, so most people start small. Follow the directions on the label.
The jar is opaque and airtight; keep it closed in a cool, dry cupboard away from light.
