Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremonial Cacao is a 200g block of stone ground, whole bean cacao paste.
It is made in Peru from heirloom Chuncho cacao grown biodynamically on family farms between the Amazon and the Peruvian Andes, and Sacred Earth Medicine state every batch is independently lab tested.
Shave or chop pieces off the block, one to two heaped tablespoons per cup, and whisk with just boiled water. The brand says a 200g block makes six to eight cups. Store in a cool, dry place.
