Australian organic grass-fed beef (91%), herbs and spices, sea salt, honey*, cultured swiss chard powder, garlic, onion, natural flavour, antioxidant (rosemary extract), black pepper, starter culture, edible collagen casing. *We use a tiny bit of honey to start the natural fermentation process and most of the sugar is consumed during fermentation leading to next to no sugar in the final product.

Chief Organic Beef Stick Mexican is a single 25g savoury meat snack made with Australian organic grass-fed beef, herbs and spices, in an edible collagen casing.
