Chef's Choice Xylitol Sweetness is a granulated sweetener made from non-GMO corn. The pack contains 500g and the ingredient list is xylitol alone.
It measures much like caster sugar, so it can be spooned into tea and coffee or used in baking and sauces. It does not caramelise the way cane sugar does, so adjust recipes that rely on browning.
Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry cupboard. Xylitol is toxic to dogs, so store it well out of reach of pets.
