Chef's Choice Pure Vanilla Extract is a 100ml bottle of vanilla extract made from three ingredients: alcohol, bourbon vanilla beans and water.
Use it in cakes, biscuits, custards, icing and ice cream. A teaspoon is usually enough for a standard batch.
Keep the cap on tight and store the bottle in a cool, dark cupboard.
