Chef's Choice Aluminium Free Baking Powder is a 200g tub of rice flour, sodium acid pyrophosphate and sodium bicarbonate. There is no aluminium compound in the formula.
Use it in cakes, scones, pancakes and biscuits in place of any standard baking powder, measure for measure. Sift it with the flour so it disperses evenly and get the batter into the oven soon after mixing.
Keep the tub tightly closed in a dry cupboard away from steam, and use a dry spoon.
