Caldermeade Farm Pure Cream is a 500ml bottle of pasteurised cream from Jersey cows, with a minimum 35% milk fat and no thickeners or other additives. The farm is at Caldermeade in Gippsland, Victoria.
At 35% fat it whips well and holds its shape. Use it for pavlova and trifle, poured over fruit and puddings, or stirred into pan sauces, soups and pasta.
Contains milk. Keep it refrigerated below 4°C and use it within a few days of opening.
Available at Leichhardt and Crows Nest, or for Sydney delivery.
