Buchi Water Kefir Oceanade, 375ml. Certified organic water kefir made in Australia, with lemon juice, blue spirulina and Celtic sea salt.
Water kefir is not a milk drink at all — it is a light, naturally fizzy fermented drink, closer to a dry soft drink than to a dairy kefir. This one is pale blue from the spirulina and tastes clean and faintly salty.
Serve it cold. It works as a non-alcoholic option with food. Keep it refrigerated.
