Buchi Kefir Ginger Citrus, 375ml. Organic water kefir made in Australia, with ginger and citrus.
Water kefir is a light, naturally fizzy fermented drink rather than a milk one — dry, gently sour, closer to a soft drink than to a dairy kefir. The ginger gives this one a bit of heat at the finish.
Drink it chilled, pour it over ice with a slice of lemon, or serve it as a non-alcoholic option with a meal. Keep it refrigerated.
