This 680g loaf is slowly fermented for 24 to 48 hours, hand-shaped and baked fresh daily. Made with 100% certified organic flour and cold-pressed Australian olive oil, it has a soft crumb and golden crust — the everyday loaf for toast, sandwiches and lunchboxes.
