Blue Bay Organic Cow Kefir, 500ml. Made from certified organic, grass-fed, non-homogenised cow's milk with live ABC and kefir cultures. Two ingredients.
Mildly tangy and pourable rather than thick — closer to a drinking kefir than a spoonable one. Pour it over muesli, drink it cold, or use it in a dressing.
Blue Bay make their kefir on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, using non-homogenised milk and live ABC and kefir cultures.
Keep it refrigerated and shake before pouring. Non-homogenised milk separates, which is normal.
