Blue Bay Organic Cow Kefir, 1L. The litre bottle, made from certified organic, grass-fed, non-homogenised cow's milk with live ABC and kefir cultures.
Mildly tangy and pourable. Good over muesli, drunk cold, or used in a dressing or a marinade. The litre is the sensible size if more than one of you drinks it.
Blue Bay make their kefir on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, using non-homogenised milk and live ABC and kefir cultures.
Keep it refrigerated and shake before pouring. Non-homogenised milk separates, which is normal.
