Ancient Grains Light Kamut Loaf 680g is baked in Sydney from certified organic Kamut khorasan flour and sourdough, filtered water, olive oil and sea salt. There is no added yeast; the sourdough does all the lifting.
Khorasan is an ancient grain with a golden colour and a nutty flavour, and it shows in the crumb. Good toasted with butter, and good under eggs.
Kamut khorasan is a wheat, so this loaf contains gluten. Store it in a paper bag or bread box and freeze what you will not get through in a couple of days.
