Ancient Grains Hearty 7 Grain Loaf 680g is a dense, seeded sourdough built on certified organic rye flour and rye sourdough, with kibbled rye, kibbled corn, linseeds, red lentils, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and poppy seeds, plus filtered water, olive oil and sea salt.
It slices thick without falling apart and is the loaf to reach for when a sandwich has to carry something substantial. Country of origin is 73 per cent Australian ingredients.
Contains sesame seeds, rye and gluten. Dairy free and GM free, with no artificial additives. Store in a paper bag or bread box and freeze the rest.
