Ancient Rituals Sprouted Organic Whole Barley is a 500g pack of whole barley grains that have been sprouted and then dried. The grains cook up chewy and nutty, a bit like pearl barley but with the bran intact.
Simmer them in water or stock for 40 to 50 minutes and add them to soups, salads, pilafs and grain bowls, or cook them as a porridge. Rinse before cooking and store the pack sealed and cool.
