Ancient Rituals Sprouted Organic Wheat Flour is a 500g pack of flour milled from wheat that has been sprouted, then dried and ground. It behaves much like ordinary flour in the kitchen, with a slightly sweeter, more rounded flavour.
Use it for bread, pizza dough, pancakes, scones and biscuits, on its own or mixed with white flour for a lighter crumb. Keep it sealed and cool.
