Ancient Rituals Sprouted Organic Amaranth Flour is a 500g pack of flour milled from sprouted amaranth, a tiny seed with a strong, earthy, slightly peppery flavour. A little goes a long way.
Blend it with milder flours for muffins, biscuits, flatbreads and pancakes, using it for roughly a quarter of the total flour. It also thickens soups and stews. Keep it in the fridge to stay fresh.
