Salt of the Earth Celtic Sea Salt Pre Dried Coarse is a 250g pack of coarse grey sea salt. Celtic sea salt is naturally a little damp; this one has been pre-dried so it flows freely in a grinder or salt mill.
Use it in a grinder at the table, in a pot of pasta water or on roast vegetables. Salt of the Earth also sell the fine and undried versions.
