Napoletana is the plainest of the tomato sauces, tomato cooked down with a little seasoning, which makes it the most useful one: pasta, pizza base, or the start of a bolognese.
Heat it gently and toss with pasta, or use it cold on a pizza base. One jar serves three or four. Don Antonio also makes a Basil and a Traditional sauce.
