Parafield Olives grows and cures olives at Wagga Wagga in the Riverina. The Olives Medley comes in 240g and 500g, hand-picked and naturally ripened, then left in a salt brine for fifteen months with no caustic chemicals. Just olives, water and salt, across a mix of varieties.
