Escuminac

Escuminac is maple syrup in three styles named by harvest: Great Harvest, Late Harvest and Extra Rare. All three come in 200ml, and Late Harvest is also sold in 500ml for households that pour it on pancakes most weekends. The 200ml bottles are a good way to compare the three side by side.
