Ellerslie Farm

Ellerslie Farm is organic free range eggs, sold by carton weight: 600g, 700g and 800g jumbo. The weight reflects egg size, with the 800g jumbo the largest; if a recipe calls for large eggs, go for the 700g or 800g. Keep a carton of the 600g for everyday cooking.
