Bakers Chemistry

Bakers Chemistry is a small gluten free bakery in southern Sydney, run by baker Sara. Her loaves are made without gums, preservatives, sugar or soy, using tapioca, rice and besan flours. We stock the classic white, mixed seeded and activated charcoal loaves frozen, along with a gluten free pizza base.
