Babushka's Organic Kefir Natural, 500g. Certified organic cultured milk kefir with nothing added for flavour.
This is the plain one — properly tangy, thick, and the most useful of the range. Eat it with fruit and honey, use it where a recipe wants buttermilk or sour cream, or thin it with a little water and drink it.
Babushka's make their kefir in Botany, in Sydney's south, fresh each day.
Keep it refrigerated.
