A certified organic chicken bone broth concentrate from Urban Forager, made in Fremantle, WA, from Australian free range chicken. One 250g jar makes 6.25 litres of broth.
Stir 2 teaspoons (10g) into 250ml of water for a cup of broth, or use it as a base for soups or to add flavour to savoury dishes. Keep it in the fridge once opened, where it will last 12 months.
