A vegetable stock paste from The Broth Sisters, inspired by the aromatic flavours of Asian herbs and spices, with lemongrass notes and a bit of chilli heat. It's a concentrated alternative to stock cubes, powders and liquid stocks.
Stir 1 teaspoon into 250ml of hot water for a full-flavoured stock, or add it by the spoonful to stir-fries, curries, soups, marinades and grains.
