Kiwiherb Valerian Root Extract 50ml

Each 5mL of this certified organic product contains:

Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dry root extract 5mL (derived from 2.5g dry root).

In a base of purified water and ethanol.

Contains no artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.

Dosage:

Adults: 3 - 5ml

Take up to 3 times daily.

For insomnia take 5-10ml in the evening.

Children 6-12yrs: 1.5 - 2.5ml up to 3 times daily.

Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary.
