Star Anise Organic Wholefoods Organic Beef Bone Broth comes in a 500ml glass jar. It is Australian Certified Organic, and 100% Australian grown, made and packed.
The broth is made from neck, femur, humerus, back and rib bones of grass fed and finished cattle raised on certified organic farms. The bones are roasted for an hour, then simmered for 18 to 20 hours. The beef bones are halal certified.
Sold refrigerated and fridge stable, stored between 1C and 5C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within seven days. Do not freeze in the jar. Warm gently and drink as it is, or use in place of water as a base for soups, stews, casseroles and risottos.
