Sodii Raw Electrolyte Honey is a single 34g sachet of a carbohydrate and electrolyte gel.
It is made from bioactive raw Western Australian Marri honey with magnesium gluconate, Lake Deborah salt and potassium chloride. Each sachet carries 25g of carbohydrate from 31g of honey, along with 400mg sodium, 210mg potassium and 70mg magnesium, and no artificial flavours, colours or thickeners. Sodii suggest tearing open a sachet 15 to 20 minutes before training, or during it, alongside water.
