Dalla Costa Veggie Strozzapreti, 250g. Made in Italy by Dalla Costa Alimentare S.r.l. from whole wheat with beetroot, black carrot and onion, which is where the colour comes from.
Plant based and bronze die extruded for a rough surface that holds sauce. Strozzapreti are short hand-rolled twists — lovely with just good olive oil, garlic and whatever vegetables are about.
