Certified organic tigernut flakes from Power Super Foods. Despite the name, tigernuts aren't nuts but small tubers. These are grown in Burkina Faso in West Africa, dried and sliced into flakes.
They have a naturally sweet, nutty taste and are naturally grain free and gluten free. Use them as an alternative to oats in muesli and granola, sprinkle them over yoghurt or smoothie bowls, add them to baking, or use them to make tigernut milk.
