Mindful Foods Organic Oolong is a loose leaf oolong tea in a 65g pack. Oolong sits between green and black tea: the leaves are partly oxidised, so the cup is smoother than a green tea and lighter than a black one.
Use a teaspoon of leaves per cup with water just off the boil and steep for two to three minutes. The same leaves can be brewed two or three times. Made by Mindful Foods.
