Grampians Olive Co Blood Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100ml

Grampians Olive Co Blood Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil pairs fruity olive oil with the citrus, slightly raspberry-like flavour of blood orange.

It's made on the family's Toscana estate in the Grampians, in north-western Victoria, where the grove has been growing olives since 1943. They start with Australian cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, infuse it without heat and hand bottle it in small batches.

Try it over a fennel salad, salmon, duck, steamed asparagus or broccoli, or with something sweet like poached pears. The 100ml bottle is a good way to try the flavour.
