May be contaminated from lupin due to crop rotation. *Our organic range is lupin FREE. *In Australia we are unable to call any product that contains oats – gluten-free and we must declare it as an allergen. We have the Gold Standard in Oats, nil gluten contamination from seed to plate from the gluten found in wheat, rye and barley. Cooking Instructions For a creamier, smoother porridge, soak your oats overnight to break down natural phytates. Stovetop Combine 1/2 cup GF Oats and 1 cup water or milk in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until you reach your desired consistency. Add additional liquid if required. Top with extra milk, fresh fruit, nuts, or honey and serve! Microwave In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 1/2 cup GF Oats with 1 cup water or milk. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through Let sit for 1 minute, then add your favourite toppings and enjoy! Tip: Adjust liquid for a thicker or creamier porridge.
