Honest to Goodness Organic Polenta is a 500g pack of certified organic yellow maize, milled for polenta. It is a product of Argentina.
Simmer it in water or stock, stirring often, for a soft polenta to serve under slow-cooked meats or in place of mashed potato. Spread leftover polenta in a tray to set, then slice it and grill or bake it until crisp.
Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
