Black Tea, Ginger, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Coriander Seed, Fennel Seed, Star Anise, Cloves
Using a saucepan or stainless steel teapot, mix equal portions with milk or soymilk, add 1 or 2 teaspoons of chai per serve and bring to boil, turn off heat and brew for 5 minutes or longer. Reheat if required, strain, sweeten with honey or other natual sweetner.
